Yoga is definitely my favorite thing to do. Believe me, yoga is one of the best things that you can do for yourself. People think that it is only an exercise, but it is more than that. Yoga is one of the best ways to keep your body in shape. If you know what it means to do that, then that is what you should be doing. I seriously think that my mother will be able to do it soon.
