Dr. Damiso A. Josey |
Through a turbulent past, Dr. Damiso A. Josey learned to analyze the experiences of his life and to use them as a catalyst for success rather than a reason for failure. Dr. Damiso A. Josey has used his triumph through abuse and personal shortcomings to become a successful educational leader and businessman to give his audience keys to success. He takes his audiences through a flight of emotions landing at a place of success for students, educators and industry professionals.
In addition to motivational speaking and keynote addresses, Damiso has worked for the television networks ESPN and ABC, is currently an Assistant Principal, Creator/Director of the non-profit organization 10 Day Inc. and author of the self-retrospective book Life Music. Josey is a graduate of Temple University, he holds a Master of Education from University of Scranton and a doctorate for Educational Leadership with the University of New England. |
Kareem Spence
For those that experience heartaches and loss, we often think those stressors as barriers to success. It is very common for people who are going through a storm to develop a perception that life is "not fair." Kareem Spence's passions is to help people use their "stressors" to bring about a life they desire to have. Kareem has helped children, adults and families to find healthy perceptions and open the lines of communication that strengthens their bond. Drive, Determination and Dedication are philosophies that Kareem strives to instill in every youth and adult. Teaching these principles allows for individuals to have healthy perceptions of themselves. Kareem holds a M.A. in School Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. He also has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Richard Stockton University. In addition to motivational speaking, Kareem has volunteered to work with several youth organizations. His great sense of humor has allowed other's to find humor in life. Kareem is currently working on his self-titled book "How About That!" a journey through life without a guide.

Dr. Carmelita Graham
Dr. Carmelita Graham holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Stockton University in Computer Science. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Technology from Stockton University and a Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in curriculum, technology, and higher education from the University of Delaware. Dr. Graham is passionate about females in STEAM fields and offers programming ideas to educators to get all students involved in STEAM. Dr. Graham is also passionate about educational technology, self-directed learning, and digital tools to support blended learning and global collaboration. Dr. Graham strives to empower students to find out what their passion is and pursue what they love to do, so that when they enter the world of work they find fulfillment in what they are doing. Dr. Graham also emphasizes a focus on career-ready, technical, and transferable skills for students.

Marcus Josey
Marcus Josey's story begins as a star high school quarterback and straight A student for Northeastern High School in York, Pennsylvania. During the spring of his junior year, Marcus began to experience painful symptoms. After receiving a letter of interest from Harvard University's football Marcus attended a school assembly about Leukemia. Marcus would eventually become diagnosed with Leukemia. Although in remission, Marcus continues to battle the after effects of the disease. Marcus has made it his personal mission and journey to educate his audience about the disease. His story is one of strength, determination and resilience. Marcus is currently studying Biology at Gettysburg College. Marcus has spoken to several audiences including speaking to over 17,000 people at the 2017 THON event at Penn State University.

Darlyne de Haan
Darlyne de Haan is the co-founder and Vice President of M.A.S.: Social Change, Inc. Darlyne has over 20 years experience in education and specializes in professional development for teachers and administrators in the areas of math and science instruction, differentiated instruction, strategies for teaching ELL students in the General Education Classroom, and effective instructional strategies for all students. She is currently a Middle School Vice-Principal.
